On May 10, 2023, the kickoff meeting for the Bounty Hunter project of Yiwei Jineng Co., Ltd. was successfully held. The meeting was chaired by He Tiantian, the project manager of Yiwei Jineng Bounty Hunter, and attended by Deng Haokun, the president of Yiwei Jineng, and Mr. Wu Zhenhua, the general manager of Pengle Information.

Bounty Hunter Project Launch Meeting

Firstly, He Tiantian, the project manager of Yiwei Jineng Bounty Hunter, elaborated on the overall goals and planning of this project construction:

1. Break down departmental barriers and eliminate information gaps among departments within the company.

2. Expand the departmental reserve resource pool, share the high-quality talent resource pool within the group, effectively regulate the talent gap and redundancy within the company, accelerate the flow of value, and avoid resource waste.

3. By standardizing personnel scheduling and management through the platform, setting up an open and transparent operating system and a reasonable task reward system, we can enhance the enthusiasm of employees to participate in problem-solving, standardize internal resource management within the group, and further improve the efficiency of problem-solving.

Secondly, Deng Haokun, President of Yiwei Jineng, gave a speech and provided guidance on the project:

1. The project should target all functions in the future.

2. Ensure the soundness of the top-level logic, ensure unobstructed interface integration, and have zero issues with budget logic, important data, and accounting data.

3. Ensure the promotion of grassroots and middle level while running parallel with the project.

Next, Pengle project manager Fu Yuanxiu provided a detailed introduction to the implementation plan, implementation team, and team character functions of the project from May 4th, 2023 to August 19th, 2023; It is pointed out that the entire project process will strictly follow the PMP project management plan and practice, make management decisions through data analysis and factual basis, focus on risk prevention and emergency response, strengthen communication from all aspects, create a collaborative and efficient project environment, and ensure high-quality completion of project goals.

Subsequently, the General Manager of Pengle Information gave a speech on the project launch: At the beginning of the project launch, the project team will invest a lot of time and energy in comprehensive and in-depth preliminary research and scheme design work, laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project. Due to the different positions and perspectives of the two parties, there are differences in their understanding and focus on the project, but the ultimate service target and beneficiaries of the project are both users. Therefore, as a project service provider, Party B should be user centered, strengthen communication and interaction with users, deeply understand and meet their real needs.
